　　Born in 1966, Member of the Communist Party of China, Doctor of management, researcher。He has successively served as Director of Laboratory Equipment Department, director of Audit Office, director of Enrollment and Employment Office, Director of Planning and Finance Department and director of Education Foundation Work Office, Assistant to the President, Minister of Planning and Finance Department and director of Education Foundation Work Office。He was appointed vice President of Beijing Institute of Technology in October 2021 and Vice President of Beijing Institute of Technology in November 2021。
